Frequently Asked Questions

What are Alerts?

What are Alerts?

Alerts are the best way to notify staff of something important regarding a Client (e.g. severe allergy, bad debt, relevant unusual behaviour, etc). The Alerts will be shown on all Client appointments and in the Client Profile under Alerts. There are two ways to add Alerts. See below for details.

Alerts will display on every appointment for the Client. Appointments for Clients with Alerts will be outlined in red.

When hovering over the appointment, the Alert will be visible in red in a bright red box.

Adding an Alert from an Appointment in the Diary

1. Click on the Client’s Appointment in the Diary.

2. In the appointment window that opens, write the appropriate details in the Alert Notes field.

3. Click Save.

4. Click Close once Changes successfully saved is displayed.

All past and future appointments for this Client will now be outlined in red with a red flag in the bottom right corner. The note will also be visible under the Client Name in the appointment box.

You might need to refresh your diary for the note and red outline to appear on the corresponding appointments.
