1 Which support option should I use?

Our Community Forums are for discussions about upcoming features and developments with the Nookal team and our other friendly clients.

The User Guides provide you with documentation on the general use of Nookal.

2 How do I report a critical issue?

If your issue is business critical, please feel free to file a Support Ticket or Email Us and we will endeavour to resolve your issue as fast as possible.

Be sure to include a relevant subject or title in your ticket or email.
