The Account Credits Report presents any transactions related to Clients Account Credit within the timeframe selected.

What can you use this Report for?

Generate this report to track Account Credit transactions.

Filters and Options

Filters Description
Date Transactions related to Account Credit processed within the timeframe.
Locations Invoice Location Account Credit was used, refunded or created

What is displayed in the report?

  • Each Client that had transactions in their Account Credit is listed with the total amount for each type of transaction and the balance.
Column Description
Client Name of the Client that had transactions in the Account Credits.
Location Location where Account Credit transactions were processed
Credit Amount of Credit added in the Account Credit
Refunded Amount of Credit refunded to the Client
Used Amount of Credit used to pay invoices that has been used
Balance Total amount of credit that has been added less the amount that has been used or refunded during the timeframe.
