Creating Inventory Bundles

If multiple Inventory items are frequently sold together, it is possible to create a bundle and set a discounted price when purchased.

1. Go to Setup.

2. Click Inventory under Items.

3. Click Create Bundle.

4. Enter the Bundle Name and SKU code (Stock Keeping Unit).

5. Select for which Location the bundle is available. Once the location is selected, the Stock selection will be displayed.

If multiple locations are selected, only stock items available in all selected locations will be displayed.

6. Add the first item by clicking Select stock and choose from the dropdown list. Adjust the quantity if there are more than one in the bundle.

7. Select the second Item and its quantity.

8. Add more items if required by clicking Add Another Stock Item and proceed as above.

9. The subtotal is the price of each item added together. To offer a discounted price for the bundle, add a Discount %. The total will display the price after the discount has been applied.

10. Click Save.

Bundles are displayed in the Inventory list with a chain-link icon to identify them.

If you hover over the chain-link icon of a Bundle, the list of item included in it will be displayed.

The quantity of bundles available is the maximum number of bundles that can be assembled with the quantity in stock for each item.
