Finding an Existing Invoice

There are many ways to find an Invoice to review it, record a payment or make adjustments.

Permission to Edit Client Accounts is required to view or edit existing invoices.

Invoice for an Appointment in the Diary

1. Click on the Appointment to view the invoice for.

2. In Classic view, click Invoice Raised in the top menu to access the Invoice directly.

In Fresh view, click Invoice Raised in the bottom right corner.

Any Invoice of a Client With a Recent Appointment in the Diary

1. Click on any Appointment of the Client.

2. In Classic view, click on Client Info and click Client Accounts.

In Fresh view, open the Client tab.

Click Client Account.

3. Find the Invoice and click on the Invoice number.

From the Clients Section

1. Key-in the invoice number in the box titled Invoice Number.

2. Click on the line containing the required Invoice to access the Invoice directly.

From the Client Profile

1. Key-in demographic information of the associated Client in the appropriate boxes.

2. Click on the Client name.

3. Click Accounts on the left side menu.

4. Find the Invoice and click on the Invoice Number to open the required Invoice.
