The Last Attendances Report lists Clients seen within a date range without a future booking scheduled.

What can you use this Report for?

Generate this report to identify clients to be contacted for rebooking and to ensure completed treatment and retention of clients.

Filters and Options

Filters Description
Date Date of the Last Booking (including Services and Classes)
Location Location of the Last Booking
Providers Select All or Specific providers to display Clients that had their last booking with the providers.
Attendances per Provider Select this option to display Clients that have no more bookings with a provider they had bookings with during the set date range, regardless if they have bookings with other providers.
Exclude Discharged Cases Select this option to display only Clients with active Cases that had their Last Booking within the timeframe.

What is displayed in the report?

  • Each Client that had their Last Booking within the timeframe is displayed in a separate row with booking and Case details as well as contact details.
Column Description
Name Client name.
Last Appointment Date and time of the Last booking of the Client (exclude DNA and Cancellation).
Type Type of booking (Services or Classes) of the last booking.
Location Location of the Last Booking.
Payment Type Payer set in the Case assigned to the booking (Private vs Third Party Payer)
Case Case Title assigned to the last Booking.
Case Status Status of Case (Active vs Discharged).
Mobile Mobile Number of Client.
Email Email address of Client.

Tips and Tricks

If the “Attendances per Provider” is ticked, a Client with more recent bookings or with future bookings, but with a different provider, can be displayed in the report, so to be used with care when using this report for follow up or reactivation calls.
