On the right-hand side of the top navigation bar, you will find the Mail icon. This will take you to your internal messages and tasks area, where you and your colleagues can send messages to one another, and assign and complete tasks.
Messages
To send an internal message:
- Open the Mail area and click Create New.
- Select Message as your type.
- Pick All Staff or a Selection of staff as recipients.
- Enter a Priority (None, Low, Medium or High).
- Enter your Subject.
- Enter your Message.
- Click Send when ready.
Tasks
To add a task:
- Open the Mail area and click Create New.
- Select Task as your type.
- Pick All Staff or a Selection of staff as recipients.
- Enter a Priority (None, Low, Medium or High).
- Enter the Due date.
- Enter your Subject.
- Enter the Message.
- Click Send when ready.
