Navigating Through Locations in Your Nookal Account

Nookal accounts can have multiple Locations. These can be different physical Locations or setup to simplify account management. Either way, navigating from Location to Location is quick and easy.


In Nookal, one Location at a time can be viewed in the Diary. There are two ways to change Location.

If a Location is not displayed in a tab at the top of the Diary, the staff account is not enabled for this Location. A staff member with Owner or Manager Permissions will be able to edit the Locations staff members can access.


Changing Location From the Diary

All available Locations will be visible as tabs at the top of the Diary. Simply click on the desired Location to view the Diary.


From any Other Sections

Navigate between Locations using the Location tab at the top right of the window, in between Mail and your Staff Account. Click on the current Location to open a drop-down list of available Locations to select from.

 

If a new Location has recently been added, you will need to log out and log back into your account to see the new Location in the Diary.
