Setting Up Zoom Integration

Nookal integrates with Zoom for telehealth consultations.

Below explains how to connect Nookal and Zoom. For more details on using Zoom with Nookal, click here.

A Zoom account is required to set up this integration. If you don’t have one, head to to see if this product is suitable for your practice.

Connecting Nookal with Zoom

Only users with Administration permissions in the Zoom account can set up the integration. Once done, all the other users can have their Zoom account linked to their Nookal account.

1. Go to the Setup section.

2. Click Integrations under Connections. 


3. Enable Zoom from the list of available integrations and click Configure. 

4. Click Generate Authorisation.

5. The page will redirect to Zoom login page where an Administrator needs to sign in. Once successfully logged in Zoom, the configuration page in Nookal will display every provider.

6. Select each Provider’s name/email address in the Zoom Account column.

Each Zoom account can only be linked to a single provider account, so once an email has been selected, it won’t be available for other providers.

The email will be automatically saved and the status updated to Synced.

Repeat for every provider. When completed, Zoom is ready to be used. Click here for more details on using the Zoom integration.

Disconnecting Nookal from your Zoom Account

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps (or search for the Nookal app).
  3. Click the Nookal app.
  4. Click Uninstall.
