Sharing Files with Staff

In Nookal it’s simple to share files and documents with other staff members via the Shared Files folder.


To get started, click on your name in the top-right of Nookal and then click on My Files.


Click the checkbox on the Shared Files folder.


Press Click to Upload and select a file from your computer to upload.

You can drag and drop files and documents into the Click to Upload box.


The selected file will now upload. If it’s a large file, you can track the status of the upload on the progress bar.


Once uploaded, the file will be available in the Shared Files folder for all staff with access to the Nookal account.


Click on the file name to open the right-hand menu. This menu gives the staff member access to View, Download, Email, Rename or Delete the selected file.

There is no restriction on the file type, however, some uploaded files will be viewable in Nookal and others will need to be downloaded.

Images uploaded to the Shared Files folder are accessible when adding Images to Letters.
