Using the Waiting List

The waiting list stores Clients in an easy-to-read list, while they are waiting for a suitable appointment or class opening.

Clients can be added to the waiting directly or when booking an appointment, see below for more details.

Adding a Client Directly to the Waiting List

1. Click on the Clock icon.


2. Click the Add Client button in the bottom-right corner of the waiting list.

3. Search for the Client by typing the First Name, Last Name and select the Client to be added to the waiting list.

If it is a new client, click the Create Client in the bottom-right corner once the search has completed and complete the client creation process.

4. Fill out the details including preferred Provider, Day, Time and Consultation or Classes needed by Client.

The list displays Clients in the order they were added to the list. Selecting the Priority Client option, will display the Client at the top of the list.

5. Click Add Client.

The Client will be added to the Waiting List and a red circle will be displayed on the clock icon to notify there are clients on the waiting list.

Adding a Client to the Waiting List from an Appointment

If a client is looking for a more convenient appointment time, it is possible to add them to the waiting list whilst making an appointment. If a more convenient time becomes available, the appointment can be moved and they’ll come off the waiting list.

1. While creating a new appointment, tick the Add to Waiting List checkbox under the Appointment section.

2. After the appointment has been created, the waiting list will pop up to add Client preferences such as Provider, Day, Time.

3. Click Add Client.

The Client will be added to the Waiting List and a red circle will be displayed on the clock icon to notify there are clients on the waiting list.

4. If a more suitable time becomes available, click on the time slot in the Diary.

5. Click on the Add from Waiting List field.

6. Select the Client from the dropdown list.

7. Review the booking changes and click Confirm.

The initial booking will be moved to the new booking time.

Creating Bookings for Clients on the Waiting List

Clients on the waiting list are made available in the pop-up box appearing when clicking on the Diary.

1. Click on an available time slot in the Diary.

2. Click on the Add from Waiting List field.

3. Select a Client from the dropdown list.

4. Select relevant Booking details and click Create Appointment.

The Appointment will be booked and once the Diary refreshes, the Client will be removed from the Waiting List.

Viewing the Waiting List

The waiting list can be found in the diary, at the bottom of the screen, click on the clock icon to open the list.

Printing the Waiting List

1. In the Diary section, open the Waiting List.

2. Click Print and follow the prompts.

Removing a Client from the Waiting List

1. In the Diary section, open the Waiting List.


2. Select the Client.

3. Click Remove from List.
