Can Clients Cancel Their Bookings Online?

Only appointments made online by clients can be cancelled online.

Clients receive an email notification after making an online booking. This email also contains a cancellation link, which allows the client to cancel their booking if they wish.

When setting up Online Bookings, Nookal users can choose the length of the Cancellation Period or No Cancellation. This can be different for each Location.
