Can I Link a Provider Number to a Different Medicare Claiming Group?

Each Provider Number can only be added to a single Claiming Group (Minor/Location ID).

If you need to link a Provider Number to a different Minor ID, simply send an email to support@nookal.com including:

  • Provider name and Provider Number.
  • Current Claiming Group (Name and Minor ID) it needs to be removed from.
  • Claiming Group (Name and Minor ID) that the Provider Number needs to be added to.

Before the change can be processed, all previous claims for the Provider Number associated with the current Minor ID need to be completed or cancelled.
