How to Email a Letter to a Client?

There are different ways of emailing a Letter to a Client.

If the Letter is intended to be sent to the Client, simply set the Client as the Addressee. You will also be able to add other Contacts as CC recipients.

If the Letter is not intended to be sent to the Client but you would like to send them a copy, you can do so by:

  • Adding the Client in the email recipient list (if the Letter has no CCed Contacts).
  • Duplicating the Letter (if the Letter has CCed Contacts).
