The following FAQ is for the New Online Bookings system.

Not all Locations need to be made available for Online Bookings. The Client will only be able to see your Active Locations.

It is also possible to Generate a Link for one Location. Simply select the desired Location as the Starting Point when Generating the link, select the Link Type, and then Generate the link so it can be added to the appropriate website or email footer, for example.

Services and Classes

The Services and Classes that have been made available for Online Bookings will appear in the Available Types section of each Online Bookings Location.

Only Providers Setup for Online Bookings can be matched to their specific Services or Classes. If the Provider is not matched to any Services of Classes from the Available Types section, they will not be made available for Online Bookings.

If a Service or a Class is not matched with any Providers in Available Types section of each Online Bookings Location, this booking type will not be made available for Online Bookings.


Prices for each Class or Service available for Online Bookings can either be shown or hidden.

To update this setting, navigate to the specific Service or Class page (Setup > Items > Services/Classes), and tick or untick the Show Price box next to Options, and click Save Changes. 


The Duration of available bookings can be either shown or hidden.

This setting can be updated separately in each Online Bookings Location.

Date and Time Availability

Clients do not see any information from the Provider Diary apart from their booking availabilities.

Once a Client has selected a Booking type and a Provider, the availability is displayed in a calendar view of the current Week. The Client can browse the available dates to change to a Month view, or by using the Left and Right arrows to browse through Weeks and Months.

If the provider has no availability on a specific day, that date is greyed out.

If there are availabilities on a day, only the Provider’s available times will display for the Client to choose from.
