Written by It is possible to complete a stocktake for multiple items within the same location simultaneously by following the steps below.

Head to Setup.

Click Inventory under Items.

Click Stocktake.

Select the Location and click Next.

The list of available stock items and the current quantity will be displayed. Adjust the Actual Qty column to reflect real stock available.

Once all the items have the Actual stock quantity set, click Save.
To view the historical changes of price or quantity, open the item and click on the Logs tab.

Repeat for each Location as relevant.
