Navigating the Mobile Diary

Nookal can be used on a mobile device with full functionality. Below explains how to navigate and use the Diary just like on a computer.

Accessing the Diary on a Mobile Device

1. Open a browser on the device (we recommend Chrome or Firefox) and head to login.nookal.com

2. Enter credentials and click Sign In.

3. Click on the Diary icon on the left-hand side menu.


The Diary will be displayed.

Changing the Diary Display

All the display options of the desktop Diary are available on mobile.

To Diary View (Locations, Practitioners, etc.) or the Time Period displayed:

1. Click on the three dots next to the Date.

2. Select the relevant Diary View and Time Period.

To change which Provider or Locations are displayed within each display mode:

1. Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner.

2. Set the preferences.

3. Click Save.

Navigating To Different Dates

To change a few days, simply click on the arrows on each side of the Date.

1. To move to a further date, click on the three dots next to open the options panel.

2. Click on the Date field, navigate in the calendar and select the Date to reach.

3. Click Save.

Creating a New Booking in the Diary

1. Click on the plus sign in the blue circle on the right-hand side of the screen.

It is also possible to add Classes, Events or Notes by selecting the different type of bookings.

2. Type in the Name and click on the Client’s Name or Create a New Client.

3. Select Appointment Type, Date, Location, Provider, Case, etc.

4. Click Create Appointment.

Looking for Notifications

Click on the bell icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. A red dot will appear on the bell icon when you have a new notification in this section.

View the Waiting List

Click on the clock icon on the bottom of the Diary to view the Waiting List. A red dot will appear on the icon when there is a client in the Waiting List.

Viewing Arrivals

Click on the bell icon at the top of the Diary to view clients that have arrived, and are waiting for their session.


Creating an ad hoc invoice

Click on the page with the dollar sign icon on the top right-hand side of the screen and proceed as usual.
