Account Backups
- Hourly automatic scheduled account backups between 9am and 5pm.*
- 3-hourly automatic scheduled account backups between 5pm and 9am.*
- All hourly backup files are stored for 3 months.
- After 3 months, a daily backup is stored for 12 months.
- A full restoration of an account can be completed within 24 hours on-request.

Uploaded Document Backups
- Uploaded documents are subject to versioning to prevent unwanted or mistaken deletion for up to 60 days.
Data Redundancy
- All database servers and storage mechanisms run with a minimum of double-redundancy and include automatic fail-over in the event of mission-critical errors.
